We want you to love your home's new glow, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all eligible lighting fixtures and decor. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and have not been installed to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process and receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Carefully repack the fixture in its original box with all internal padding, hardware, and instructions to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
