How do I choose the right size chandelier for my room?
A general rule of thumb is to add the length and width of your room in feet; the sum in inches should be the approximate diameter of your chandelier. For example, a 12x12 foot room would suit a 24-inch wide fixture.
Are your lighting fixtures compatible with smart home systems?
Most of our fixtures are compatible with smart bulbs and dimmable switches. Please check the 'Specifications' section on the product page to verify specific driver and dimming compatibility for integrated LED models.
What is your policy on shipping fragile glass components?
We use specialized reinforced packaging and double-boxing for all glass and crystal items. If any component arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo, and we will ship a replacement part at no extra cost.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While we do not provide direct installation, all products include detailed mounting hardware and instructions. We strongly recommend hiring a licensed electrician for all hardwired ceiling and wall installations.
What is your return policy if the light doesn't match my decor?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all standard fixtures in their original packaging. Please note that installed or modified fixtures cannot be returned for a refund.
Are bulbs included with the purchase?
Bulbs are included only if specified in the product description. For fixtures with integrated LEDs, the light source is built-in and designed to last for over 50,000 hours of use.
